​Orthodontic AssistantThis is a Full Time Position: 32-36 hour/week.

​Orthodontic Assistant

This is a Full Time Position: 32-36 hour/week.

Description:

Prepares chairside and computer for review by Doctor. Assists Doctor with procedures such as bonding, cementing bands and appliances. Sterilizes instruments and perform lab functions such as pouring up models and making essix retainers.

May also perform administrative duties, such as setting appointments, billing, taking payments and maintaining patient records.

Position Requirements:

  • Dental/orthodontic assisting experience (1-3 yrs preferred)

  • Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred)

  • Education level of High School Graduate or higher

  • CPR and first aid certifications

  • Ability to manage workflow and work well under pressure

  • Superior communication skills

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with staff, patients, and others.

  • Positive attitude & good sense of humor

Patient ConciergeThis is a Full Time Position: 32-36 hour/week.

Patient Concierge

This is a Full Time Position: 32-36 hour/week.

 

Description:

Patient Concierge is a convenience service for patients and their families. The service streamlines the orthodontic experience for patients by managing non-clinical needs.

Patient concierges also manage other out-of-scope, customer-service centric tasks weighing down clinical staff. Most importantly, ensuring the new patient experience is top-notch!

Position Requirements:

  • Dental/orthodontic office experience

  • Education level of High School Graduate or higher

  • CPR and first aid certifications

  • Ability to manage workflow and work well under pressure

  • Superior communication skills

  • Ability to work with all types of people

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with staff, patients, and others.

  • Positive attitude & good sense of humor
